The location by the beach is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Food was delicious. Aldana was absolutely amazing, so warm, attentive, and welcoming. She made us feel taken care of. Definitely coming back.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable brunch experience in Miami Beach, Caffè Milano is a must-visit! The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was fresh and full of flavor. The mimosas were perfectly refreshing, and the coffee was the perfect way to finish the meal. A special thank you to Victoria, our server, whose exceptional service made us feel truly welcome from start to finish. Aldana, the hostess, was also incredibly warm and attentive, creating a wonderful first impression. Delicious food, outstanding hospitality, amazing mimosas, and great coffee this is a place you simply can’t miss. Highly recommended!

My second time at Cafe Milano. The food is wonderful and perfectly prepared. I was just welcomed by Victoria who is a wonderful server that cared so much for my experience I was alone and she cracked shells, shared her story and was all smiles. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are dining casual on ocean drive for a slight elevated vibe. Good music and air fans that aren’t invasive fit into the decor and allow you to sit outside longer in humidity to enjoy the view and Miami vibe. Thank you Victoria Ty Milano! Ciao

Caffé Milano in Miami was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting, the food was excellent, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. A special thank-you to Karen, our personal waitress, who made the evening truly memorable. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Her service added a personal touch that made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Caffé Milano for anyone looking for great food, a beautiful Miami dining atmosphere, and outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

If you’re on Ocean Drive and craving Italian, Cafe Milano is definitely one of the most versatile and amazing spots to try 🇮🇹✨ The spicy rigatoni pasta is absolutely to die for, perfectly cooked with just the right kick and rich, flavorful sauce. Their Margherita pizza is equally amazing - fresh, classic, and beautifully done. The overall vibe makes it such a great place to sit back, enjoy good food, and soak in the Ocean Drive energy. I would 100% come back again! Pro tip: Don’t let that leftover pasta sauce go to waste, grab some bread and dip it in. It tastes incredible ❤️😁
